本项目生产过程中产生废水、废气根据环保部门要求进行处理，有关环保事宜由环保部门出具评估意见（附环保简评表）。
Waste water and waste gas emitted from the project will be dealt according to the requirments of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the relative departments have given written report on environment evaluation .(attached with evaluation sheet)

2、 经营管理机构
2,Operation and management organs:
独资公司设立经营管理机构，负责公司的日常经营管理。经营管理机构设总经理一人，副总经理 人。经营管理机构实行董事会领导下的总经理负责制，总经理和副总经理由董事会聘任，任期三年。根据生产经营需要经营设置由董事会决定。
